Teaching

The Chair for Literature and Cultural Studies offers teaching as part of the compulsory elective of the D-GESS, better known as Science in Perspetctiv (SiP), as well as the Master programme "History and Philosophy of Knowledge". In addition, its courses are open to literary studies programmes at the university (German Studies, AvL).

The Chair for Literature and Cultural Studies is also involved in the following degree programmes:

• The Master's History and Philosophy of Knowledge is an interdisciplinary programme that provides knowledge in the history of the modern world, the history of science and technology, in philosophy as well as in literary and cultural studies. In a two-year programme, students are enabled to research knowledge and technology production in social change for a selected subject area in the humanities and cultural studies.
